1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Digital services are generally non-refundable after activation. Contact support for exceptional cases.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period.
