1.1 Privacy, Data Protection, and Restricted Sharing of Personal/Contact Details

DearSathi values the privacy of its members. The platform grants subscribed users access to personal and contact details (including but not limited to phone numbers, WhatsApp links, and family contact details) solely for direct matrimonial communication. Sharing, copying, downloading, screenshots, storing, compiling, or distributing this information to any third party, or displaying it publicly on other websites, social media channels, or offline databases is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized sharing will be treated as a severe breach of user privacy and intellectual property rights, and we reserve the right to seek civil damages and initiate criminal prosecution.

1.2 Code of Conduct, Safe Communication, and Prohibition of Nudity & Sexting

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all users must adhere to a strict code of conduct. While chatting, messaging, or interacting on DearSathi:

• Sexting, exchange of sexually suggestive messages, use of vulgar or offensive language, obscene text, and harassment are strictly prohibited.
• Uploading, sharing, or sending any images containing nudity, partial nudity, underwear photos, or sexually suggestive poses is banned. All profile and verification photos must be modest, clear, and appropriate for family viewing.
• Violation of this code of conduct will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the offender's account without any warning, and their IP address will be blacklisted.

1.3 Background Checks, Matrimonial Scams, and Comprehensive Liability Disclaimer

DearSathi operates purely as an online match-finding directory and search platform to assist eligible candidates in finding life partners. DearSathi does not verify the character, financial standing, employment history, family background, or moral conduct of individual members. Therefore:

• Once contact details are unlocked or revealed, all subsequent communication, meetings, family interactions, and arrangements are undertaken at the sole risk of the users.
• DearSathi, its parent company, employees, and franchise partners shall not be held responsible or legally liable for any matrimonial scams, financial extortion, monetary demands under false pretense, duplicate or deceptive proposals, emotional distress, or any other criminal or civil activities.
• In accordance with Indian law and due to the prevalence of matrimonial fraud, users are strongly advised to perform thorough independent background verifications, verify employment and address details, consult trusted references, and never transfer money or gifts to any matching candidate before marriage. DearSathi will not entertain or be a party to any civil disputes or criminal/jurisdictional complaints arising from matchmaking interactions.

1.4 Anti-Fraud Policy, Cyber Investigation Cooperation, and Refund Exclusions

DearSathi enforces a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent profiles, bots, and impersonation. If a user is suspected of creating fake profiles, using false details, or engaging in monetary solicitation:

• Their profile will be disabled immediately.
• Their submitted identity proofs (including Aadhaar, PAN, or other documents) and communication logs will be compiled and forwarded directly to the Cyber Crime Department of the police for criminal investigation under the Indian Penal Code and Information Technology Act.
• All membership fees and subscription payments made to DearSathi are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Account suspension due to a breach of terms does not entitle the user to any full or partial refund.

२.१ गोपनीयता आणि वैयक्तिक/संपर्क तपशील सामायिकरण निर्बंध

डिअरसाथी आपल्या वापरकर्त्यांच्या गोपनीयतेला सर्वाधिक प्राधान्य देते. प्लॅटफॉर्म केवळ थेट वैवाहिक संवादासाठी सबस्क्राइब केलेल्या वापरकर्त्यांना वैयक्तिक आणि संपर्क तपशील (संपर्क क्रमांक, व्हॉट्सॲप लिंक्स आणि कौटुंबिक संपर्क) प्रदान करतो. ही संपर्क माहिती प्लॅटफॉर्मबाहेर कोणत्याही तृतीय पक्षासह सामायिक करणे, कॉपी करणे, डाउनलोड करणे, स्क्रीनशॉट घेणे, गोळा करणे किंवा इतर वेबसाइट्स, सोशल मीडिया किंवा ऑफलाइन डेटाबेसवर प्रदर्शित करणे सक्त मनाई आहे. गोपनीयतेचा असा कोणताही भंग बेकायदेशीर मानला जाईल आणि त्याविरुद्ध कडक कायदेशीर कारवाई केली जाईल.

२.२ वापरकर्ता आचारसंहिता, सुरक्षित संभाषण आणि नग्नता व सेक्सटिंगवर बंदी

सभ्य आणि सुरक्षित वातावरण राखण्यासाठी खालील नियमांचे पालन करणे बंधनकारक आहे:

• चॅटिंग किंवा मेसेजिंग करताना सेक्सटिंग (Sexting), अश्लील भाषेचा वापर, त्रास देणे किंवा आक्षेपार्ह मेसेज पाठवणे सक्त मनाई आहे.
• प्रोफाइलवर किंवा चॅटमध्ये नग्नता, अर्ध-नग्नता किंवा कोणत्याही प्रकारे उत्तेजक फोटो अपलोड करण्यास बंदी आहे. सर्व फोटो कौटुंबिक दृष्टिकोनातून योग्य आणि सभ्य असणे आवश्यक आहे.
• या नियमांचे उल्लंघन केल्यास कोणत्याही पूर्वसूचनेशिवाय खाते कायमचे बंद केले जाईल आणि आयपी (IP) ॲड्रेस ब्लॉक केला जाईल.

२.३ पार्श्वभूमी पडताळणी, विवाह फसवणूक आणि दायित्व मर्यादा अस्वीकरण

डिअरसाथी हे केवळ जोडपे शोधण्यासाठी (मॅचमेकिंग) एक शोध डिरेक्टरी प्लॅटफॉर्म आहे. डिअरसाथी कोणत्याही सदस्याच्या चारित्र्याची, आर्थिक स्थितीची, नोकरीची किंवा कौटुंबिक पार्श्वभूमीची पडताळणी करत नाही. म्हणून:

• संपर्क तपशील अनलॉक झाल्यानंतर होणारा सर्व पुढील संवाद, भेटीगाठी किंवा व्यवहार ही पूर्णपणे वापरकर्त्याची स्वतःची जबाबदारी असेल.
• पुढील कोणत्याही विवाह फसवणूक, आर्थिक लूट, पैशांची बेकायदेशीर मागणी, खोटे विवाह प्रस्ताव किंवा इतर गुन्हेगारी व दिवाणी कृत्यांसाठी डिअरसाथी, तिची मूळ कंपनी किंवा एजंट भागीदार कायदेशीररित्या जबाबदार राहणार नाहीत.
• वापरकर्त्यांना लग्नापूर्वी संबंधित उमेदवाराची स्वतंत्र कौटुंबिक आणि नोकरीची पडताळणी करण्याची तीव्र शिफारस केली जाते. कोणत्याही मॅचसोबत आर्थिक देवाणघेवाण करू नका. विवाह जुळवण्याच्या प्रक्रियेदरम्यान उद्भवणाऱ्या कोणत्याही न्यायालीन किंवा कायदेशीर तक्रारींमध्ये डिअरसाथी मध्यस्थ राहणार नाही.

२.४ फसवणूक विरोधी धोरण, सायबर पोलिस सहकार्य आणि परतावा (रिफंड) अपवाद

डिअरसाथी बनावट प्रोफाइल्स आणि फसवणुकीविरुद्ध शून्य-सहिष्णुता (zero-tolerance) बाळगते:

• बनावट माहिती वापरल्याचे किंवा पैशांची मागणी केल्याचे आढळल्यास प्रोफाईल त्वरित बंद केले जाईल.
• संबंधित व्यक्तीची ओळखपत्रे (आधार, पॅन कार्ड) आणि चॅटचे पुरावे गोळा करून ते थेट सायबर गुन्हे विभागाकडे (Cyber Crime Department) कायदेशीर तपासासाठी सुपूर्द केले जातील.
• डिअरसाथीला दिलेले सबस्क्रिप्शनचे कोणतेही शुल्क कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत परत (Refund) केले जाणार नाही.
