Community Operations Intern (Matrimony Data)

Role Overview Act as a bridge between local communities and our digital platform. You will source and manage high-quality matrimony data through networking and digital outreach. Key Responsibilities • Data Sourcing: Collect verified profiles from local orgs, community centers, and WhatsApp/Telegram groups. • Data Management: Organize and upload data accurately using MS Excel and Google Sheets. • Outreach: Act as a brand ambassador to build trust with local vendors and prospects. • Multilingual Support: Facilitate clear communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English. Requirements • Languages: Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English. • Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in spreadsheets. • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and "go-getter" attitude. • Education: Current student or recent graduate (Marketing, Social Work, or Business preferred).
