We are looking for a motivated intern to join our engineering team and learn real-world software testing from the ground up. Please note: This is an unpaid internship. No stipend will be provided. What You Will Learn & Do - Real-World Automation — Work directly with Python, Pytest, and Playwright to automate user flows on a live web application. - Architectural Best Practices — Learn the Page Object Model (POM) pattern, the industry standard for clean, scalable, and maintainable test code. - Framework Development — Build and extend new modules within our internal test suite, expanding coverage alongside the platform. - Problem Solving — Handle real-world challenges such as dynamic UI elements, test data management, and test stability. - Professional Mentorship — Collaborate with the core engineering team, participate in code reviews, and follow industry-standard practices. Terms & Benefits - Duration: 3 months, with potential extension based on performance and interest. - Certification: Upon successful completion, you will receive an official Internship Completion Letter from DearSathi explicitly detailing the tools and skills you mastered — a strong addition to any resume. - Flexible Hours: We understand you may be balancing studies or other commitments, so we are open to approximately 4–5 hours per day. Who We Are Looking For - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. - Comfortable writing Python — functions, classes, and variables. - Basic understanding of how HTML/CSS and the DOM work. - Detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in improving software quality. - Eager to learn, ask questions, and grow through real-world challenges.
